BLUES
This striking pair is part of a set that included a teapot, four cups and saucers, a sugar pot, milk jug and a biscuit tray. The recipient was a Knight Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to philanthropy, among many other great achievements, all of which were included in the details across all pieces.
As a special request, gold was also added to the handles of the cups (as well as the teapot and accessories). If you want this effect on your set, make sure to mention it during the development stages.

GREENS
A heavily flowered cup with ‘rim’ placement is contrasted by a green-only, 6-leaf pattern on the saucer.
This garden set has made itself at home in Broome, Western Australia. Requested to have hearts and sunflowers, the challenge was accepted and the results speak for themselves! Sunflowers and hearts play in the green and gold garden, reflecting the colours of the fabulous Aussie outback

PINK AND PURPLE
Inspired by the exotic shape of the teapot, this colour palette certainly has a glamorous feel to it. Although the teapot (and cup and saucer) shape are all dependent on what is available at the time, these colours are sure to stun on any base.
A custom pastel pink was only part of the challenge with this cup and saucer, as the owner also wanted an ‘as big as you can get’ mug, and the border in the same colour as the pattern.
This sweet little heart set uses the same custom pink from above, with tiny red hearts sprinkled across the cup and saucer, with the added touch of a single heart on the handle of the cup and in the centre of the saucer.
ALL JUST A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY REPEATING
After many years of love, the original cup and saucer had started to show it’s age so a new one was done in time for Christmas 2019. The same details were kept- each petal containing a family member- and an array of family-related words spread across the cup.
