An unusually shaped dish, with a decorative border with scalloped corners. The radiating centre has an opaque purple pattern partnered with gold tips, which contrasts with the translucent aqua on the outer edges.

This long, narrow dish is a vibrant mix of juicy orange and matte purple and pink. An elliptical shape with flat ends and shallow sides, the unusual dimensions hint to an asparagus dish.
25.5cm/10in long x 11cm/4.3in widest at middle (narrowing to 6.5cm/2.5in at ends) x 2.8cm/1.1in high.

A second hand piece that needed a little TLC, this floral number received a multi-tonal makeover to enhance the gentle outline of the imprint. With a slight chip on a peak, it was destined to spend a life on a dusty shelf, but with a bright pop of colour this shallow plate would make a perfect key or ring dish or simply sitting in a bright spot.
