GLASS/CERAMIC COMMISSIONS
Prices for the work are calculated by area of 5cm x 5cm coverage, using the equation
Cost = ((A × B – a × b) / 25) × 5)
Where:
A × B is the total area of the piece,
a × b is the UNpainted area,
25 is the coverage unit (5cm × 5xm), and
5 is the cost ($AUD) per coverage unit.
For square or rectangular pieces, use the equation ((A × B – a × b) / 25) × 5)
For circular pieces, use the equation (π × R² – π × r²) / 25) × 5)
Unusual shapes will be determined case-by-case, with equations and quotes supplied before commission is agreed.
Please note this costing EXCLUDES the cost of the base product and postage, both of which will vary per order.
ORIGINALS AND PRINTS
Original and Print pieces are available in two formats – paper and photo. The table below indicates the cost of work and printing, with the cost of delivery added separately.

Please note that House originals will only be available on paper, as that is the only medium to which the illustrations can be applied.
Commissions may be ordered with on both paper and photo-paper as they are one-offs, and exclusive to you. These will not be reproduced unless at your request, where print prices will then apply. Please note the original will still be on paper, and you will receive a photo-paper copy of your order. If you would like to have both the paper and photo copy, an additional $30 fee will apply.
If you would like to commission an original piece, then the equation applied to glass/ceramics (above) will apply. With each piece being individual, price will be applied according to the agreed size of work.

While prints and originals will be available in the above four sizes, I am more than happy to print at any size (A3 and below). Please note that prints will be limited to 10 of each non-commissioned (House original) piece. Prices will be formulated based on desired print size.
Originals and Print are sold UNframed, and the prices reflect this. If you like a framed copy, please be aware of the increased cost of both framing and postage that will result. I am more than happy to get quotes based on the individual order.
Combined postage of (unframed) originals/prints is available at no extra cost, provided they are going to the same address.
Combined postage of glass/ceramic and framed paper pieces is unavailable, given the size and weight of the parcels. Chimoco Design strongly suggests breakable pieces are hand collected/delivered as the postal systems may result in breakage.
